East Plant Steam Supply
This project was to install a new 250,000 lbs/hr steam boiler to replace existing boilers at the plant. The scope included preparing the project, AFE and the OSBL detailed design.
FCC Cat Slurry Product Tank
Project included pumps, piping, relief system, civil structural and power for FCC Cat Slurry product tank addition. Onyx provided options, performed process design through detailed design, and performed the post-job audit.
Redundant Sulfur Unit OSBL
Project included all power, utilities feed and the fuel for the 30 TPD unit. Onyx performed project options, process design and detailed engineering on OSBL portion of this project.

Truck Rack Expansion
The project includes the TLC estimate preparation, detailed engineering and design, install eight (8) new truck loading arms and two (2) new ventilation arms to load all grades of motor gasoline's and ULS diesel fuel. Project scope also included the relocation of existing pumps. Foundations, miscellaneous steel, power and instrumentation for pumps.
